Mike Humenik is Senior Vice President Human Resources for the Transportation, Central & Local Government Sector of Xerox Business Services, located in Germantown, Maryland. He joined ACS (Affiliated Computer Services) in September 2006 as Vice President Human Resources for the Government Solutions Group. Currently as the Human Resources Business Partner for the TCLG Sector, Mike is responsible for providing both strategic and transactional HR services to vertical lines of business that include Federal Solutions, Americas Local Government, Americas Commercial & State Government Transportation and International Transportation & Local Government. Annual revenues for TCLG are approximately $1.4 billion with HR responsibility for over 7,000 employees.
Prior to joining ACS, Mike spent two years as President & Chief Operating Officer of Dinte Resources, Inc., an executive search firm in the Washington, DC area. Before entering the search business, Mike had over 27 years of Global Human Resources Leadership, Organizational Development, Executive Assessment, Change Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Succession Planning experience with the General Electric Company. He has held numerous Human Resources Leadership positions with GE Transportation, GE Factory Automation, GE Motors, GE Medical Systems and GE Information Services. In his last position as Senior Vice President Human Resources and Communications at GE Information Services/GE Global eXchange Services, he was responsible for driving and implementing contemporary HR initiatives and programs on a worldwide basis for GE’s information technology, software development and services business focusing on such vertical industries as Government, Healthcare, Transportation, Automotive, Retail, High Tech and Financial Services.
Mike holds a B.A. in Liberal Arts and a Masters Degree in Counseling & Education from Gannon University in Erie, Pa. Mike serves as a Board Member on the Montgomery County Public Schools Educational Foundation.
