ESGI Completes VP Business Development - Capture Federal Civilian Search for SAIC

saicWashington, D.C. - ESGI is proud to announce the appointment of Peter Schnorr as Vice President Business Development-Capture for SAIC Civilian Practice ($1.2B). Peter will be joining the company to lead all strategy, capture, and business development efforts throughout all four business units that comprise the Civilian Division. Peter will report to the General Manger of the largest and fastest growing division at SAIC.

Peter will be actively involved in helping lead the business to capture large programs at all Federal Civilian Agencies. He will be responsible for all capture and delivery, along with working with the entire business development team to create qualified opportunities.

Prior to joining SAIC, Peter was Senior Vice President at Teleperformance, the world largest customer management company ($6.8B). There he led all regulated market related clients and sales, and also managed resources to grow and execute a $350M pipeline. He managed partner agreements, negotiated with D.C. area defense system integrators and led strategic accounts - GSA, VA, DHS, CMS, and the US State Department. His senior clients included governors, federal agency and political leaders.

Peter is a former Accenture executive where he was Director for the Navy and Air Force accounts.
