ESGI Completes Search for Senior Vice President Operation for Citizant

ESGI is proud to announce the hiring of David Romola as the Senior Vice President Operations at Citizant.

Prior to joining Citizant, Dave was the Chief Operating Officer/Growth Officer at Expression Networks.

There he managed day-to-day operations including projects, P&L, financial reporting/modeling, contracts, client IPRs, accounting, teaming negotiations, and HR functions for the $27 million company. He helped win contracts such as DLA JETS, Encore III, ITES-3-S, and a DISA contract valued at $30 million dollars. He grew the company after graduating 8a status from 6 people to 82 people. Dave helped win and manage the company’s largest contract with DISA for $30 million over 4 years to include 30 people in remote locations providing software development and implementations. Under his leadership the company increased revenue from $2 million to $27 million per year over 4-year period, all IT focused and new product development, channel development and business development.

At Citizant, Dave will report to the CEO and be responsible for all operations.

He will lead/support the business and operations staff and in coordination with BD&S VPs that includes: group monthly pipeline reviews, metric assessments (awards, submits, NBF), coordination of group and corporate gate reviews, and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) development. He will lead the improvement of PWin metrics through participation and support to key capture Win Plan milestones and reviews to include strategy reviews, pricing reviews, color reviews, etc.

Dave will also help shape and drive strategy development: proposals, technology leadership and operations finance and the delivery organization. Main customers today include DHS, DOJ, DOT, IRS, Treasury, and US Mint. Dave will position company for all recompetes and drive new technology solutions based on customer requirements.
