Washington, D.C. – ESGI, a retained executive search firm specializing in senior-level searches for federal contractors, announced that it has completed the CFO search at PAE. As a result of the search, Charles D. Peiffer has joined PAE as their new CFO.
As CFO at PAE, Charles will report to CEO, John Heller and have global responsibilities for all financial operations.
Prior to joining PAE, Charles was Senior Vice President and CFO of IAP Worldwide Services for the past five years. He reported directly to the CEO and was responsible for leading and managing the global finance function. His many achievements at IAP included delivering sustainable execution with EBITDA growing at a CAGR of 14.3% through 2011 and reducing working capital as a percentage of sales by 360 basis points through 2011.

Most recently, PAE has acquired the Applied Technology Division of CSC and is now a $2B entity with over 14,000 employees worldwide. With this new acquisition, PAE continues to provide the services that support its customers' most challenging missions.
