Washington, D.C. - ESGI is proud to announce that Matt Neman has joined Cross Match Technologies to lead their Global Channel efforts.

Prior to joining Cross Match, Matt was the Vice President, Sales for Tangible Software. Matt will have responsibly for helping Cross Match develop global partnership relationships for their identity management and cyber security solutions. This will include working with all federal integrators who are charged with bringing biometric solutions to enhance security at all high risk locations.

Cross Match products and solutions are deployed with more than 10,000 customers in over 80 countries worldwide. They enable criminal bookings; background checks for job applicants, security clearances and visa applications; verify identities at national borders and other checkpoints; register citizens for driver’s license, national identification, and voter programs; prevent identity fraud in large-scale government and civilian programs; and manage individual identities for a more private, secure, and convenient world.

As CFO at PAE, Charles will report to CEO, John Heller and have global responsibilities for all financial operations.

Prior to joining PAE, Charles was Senior Vice President and CFO of IAP Worldwide Services for the past five years. He reported directly to the CEO and was responsible for leading and managing the global finance function. His many achievements at IAP included delivering sustainable execution with EBITDA growing at a CAGR of 14.3% through 2011 and reducing working capital as a percentage of sales by 360 basis points through 2011.

Washington, D.C. – ESGI has just completed the CIO search at PAE resulting in the hire of John Lambeth. Lambeth joins PAE from QinetiQ where he was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Prior to QinetiQ, John was the Vice President of Information Technology and Security with Blackboard.

Lambeth brings 20 years of experience to PAE and will be responsible for helping to integrate all past and future acquisitions at PAE. He will also lead the IT function and bring leading edge technology support to PAE employees and customers globally. He will report directly to the CEO of PAE.

Lambeth is considered one of the most creative and talented IT professionals in the federal contracting business. He led the technology efforts at Blackboard, which is one of the most successful companies in the area of online education.

ESGI Search Helps PAE Hire Vice President of Business Development

ESGI Is Proud to Announce

Washington, D.C. — ESGI, a retained executive search firm specializing in senior-level searches for federal contractors, announced that it has helped PAE hire Darryle Conway as Vice President of Business Development.

For the past five years, Conway has been with Raytheon where he served as Director of Strategic Planning and Business Development for two years and Director of Business Development for Global Security Solution. As Director of Business Development, he successfully led penetration and capture into new State Department customer and nonstandard rotary wing market. He was also responsible for new federal prime contract awards with ceiling value in excess of $1.7 billion and sales value at more than $700 million.

At PAE, Conway will be planning and directing all aspects of PAE’s organizational business development policies, objectives, and initiatives. He will be developing new market initiatives, assessing new markets, and analyzing business opportunities.

Conway received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of East Tennessee State University in 1995.
